Read Rise: Sponsor a Reader
We have partnered with reading specialist Mr. Meeks Campbell to provide literacy sessions for children reading significantly below their grade level. Your monthly contribution of US$ 50 (or the Jamaican equivalent) can enable a child to access these sessions, profoundly enhancing their reading skills. We also welcome one time contributions of any amount. Your donation has the power to change the trajectory of a child's life forever.
Bright Beginning: Education Sponsorship Initiative
The Ministry of Education's 'Reform of Education in Jamaica 2021 report,' confirmed that the Covid 19 pandemic had a devastating impact on children's learning in Jamaica. Thousands of children, from some of the most vulnerable households were directly impacted with significant learning loss “almost 60 per cent of students were failing mathematics, 33 per cent could not read, 56 per cent could not write, and 60 per cent exhibited difficulty in comprehension.”
Grace Divine Charity aims to break the cycle of poverty by providing access to quality education for as many children as possible. Please support a child's education by sponsoring their academic development.​
